Site work and renovation of a civil project in Bois D Arc, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Contract No. 2 : Water Main Extension, Well House Modifications & Site Improvements. The project consists of Public Water Supply System Improvements for Greene County Public Water Supply District No. 6, Bois D'Arc, Missouri. Work includes drilling of 8-inch well, total depth of 1200-feet, including installation and grouting of approximately 100-feet of 14-inch steel surface casing, 550-feet of 8-inch steel well casing, 650-feet of 8-inch well hole below casing depth, sealing steel well casing by pressure grouting, conducting pump test, furnishing and installing a well head Pitless unit, a submersible turbine type well pump including related drop pipe and power cable. Work also includes removal of well pump from existing well followed by abandonment and plugging. 2. Water Main Extension, Well House Modifications & Site Improvements: Work includes construction of approximately 383 lineal feet of 4-inch water main and related appurtenances. Work also includes well house piping modifications, liquid chemical feed system, related concrete work, pipe work, field painting, electrical work, and site improvements. Work under additive alternate, if accepted, may include construction of approximately 229 lineal feet of 16-inch water main and related appurtenances (chlorine detention piping). Work includes removal and disposal of approximately 420 square feet of 1/8" asbestoscement wall and ceiling panels from existing Well House. 2. Provide all related materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the work as specified and conforming with governing regulations. Work includes surface preparation, prime coat, intermediate coat, finish coat, inspection, cleaning, and touch-up of surfaces and equipment. Shop preparation and prime, intermediate or finish coats to be shop-applied. Includes requirements for carpentry items as shown, as specified, or as required to support finished work. 1. Extent of carpentry work includes, but not limited to, nailers, plates, plywood sheathing, fascia, trim, and all supplementary items as required to complete the work.
