Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

Scope of Work: Rehabilitation of asphalt parking lots, which includes pavement, subgrade modifications, striping, signage, and wheel stops. Estimate Range Low $137,000.00 High $167,400.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work shall be completed on or before October 1, 2024 Each individual bid shall be accompanied by a surety company issued Bid Bond or by a Certified or Cashiers Check made payable to the Washoe County School District, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid. All questions shall be submitted in writing directly to WCSDs Solicitations website electronic or via e-mail to solicitations@washoeschools.net by 4:30 p.m. (Local Time) March 21, 2024. Contractor must agree that Owner may retain from the monies due the Contractor One Thousand Dollars ($1.000.00) per day (Liquidated Damages) as a direct result of the Contractors delay or for not completing the project in the required time allowance plus approved time extensions The right is reserved by WCSD to reject any and all bids or accept the bid, which is deemed by WCSD to be in the best interest of the school district.
