Sweep all streets in Emeryville with varying frequencies as described as per the City of Emeryville Streets Sweeping Map Exhibit A and remove any spillage resulting from sweeping and hauling operations immediately. In addition the following streets are to be be swept before 9:00 p.m. 53rd Street between Hollis and Boyer Streets, 47th Street west of San Pablo Avenue, and Doyle Street between 45th and 47th Streets. Contractor represents and warrants to City that he has all licenses, permits, qualifications and approvals of whatsoever nature which are legally required for Contractor to practice his profession. Contractor represents and warrants to City that Contractor shall, at his sole cost and expense, always keep in effect during the term of this Agreement any licenses, permits, and approvals which are legally required for Contractor to practice their profession. The Contractor has and shall maintain a current Business License with City of Emeryville during the term of this contract. The Base Bid on which the award of the contract is based is comprised of the above items, on a yearly basis for three years starting July 1, 2024 with the option for 2 one year extensions. The City of Emeryville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and further reserves the right to waive formal irregularities as to any bid substantially in conformity with the specifications herein referred to.
