THE MBE GOAL FOR THIS PROJECT IS: 10% Construction of new accessible toilets for the Historic State House area at Historic Saint Marys City. Work includes the demolition of the original toilets and construction of new toilets in the same footprint. Bidders shall be aware that work must strictly observe the defined project boundaries. Disturbance outside this area is prohibited, as this is an active archeological site
