Replacement of the aeration system including blowers and air piping for Aeration basins, digester blower replacement, RAS pump station improvements, improved RAS mixing within the headworks structure, BFP filtrate pump replacement and gravity thickener supernatant pump replacements. This includes equipment procurement and installation, yard piping, site preparation, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and related work necessary to install a complete, working system. All bidder questions outside of the pre-bid conference must be submitted in writing. Bid Bond, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and Insurance are required by state law as outlined in these documents. GCA will evaluate offers in relation to the selection criteria contained in the proposal/bid documents and will select the proposal that offers the best value for GCA based upon the selection criteria and weighted value for each criterion.
