Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Junction City, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Est. Value Notes: $750,000-$950,000 Pre-Qualification: Yes The work identified in this contract will be performed in Lane County, in the City of Junction City, at Bailey Park. The project is the second phase of the Junction City Bailey Park New Drinking Water Well Program. The project includes the construction of a new CMU building, a chlorine disinfection system, process piping and appurtenances, instrumentation, electrical, and SCADA equipment. The disinfection building is a 30'x18' split face CMU building with a manufactured truss roof with 12' high eve, a roll up door and two man-doors. Utility improvements include 8'' PVC waterline, 6'' PVC sanitary sewer, electrical conduit, a reduced pressure zone assembly in an above ground enclosure, a 60" shallow flat top manhole, and an electrical vault. Site improvements include site grading, an asphalt driveway, concrete sidewalk and chain link fencing. Various electrical, SCADA, and instrumentation equipment shall be supplied by the city and installed by the contractor. Portions of the water line and sewer line will be supplied and installed by the city. To achieve substantial completion, all work that affects well start-up must be complete, including the chlorine disinfection system, process piping and appurtenances, utilities, instrumentation, electrical, SCADA equipment, and building foundation, floor, walls, doors, and roof. Substantial completion must be achieved within 60 days of the Notice to Proceed. To achieve final completion for final payment, all other work must be complete, including building work not affecting well start-up, site grading, asphalt driveway, concrete sidewalks, and chain link fencing. Final completion for final payment must be achieved within 147 days of the Notice to Proceed. The Owner may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may, for good cause, reject any and all bids upon a finding of the Owner that it is in the public interest to do so. No bidder may withdraw or modify a bid after the hour set for the receipt of bids, and thereafter until the lapse of 70 days after the bid opening. ***Bid Event: Bids may also be mailed to the following address: 680 Greenwood Street, Junction City, OR 97448.
