Engineer's Estimate: $100,000 No pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises (MWBE) are encouraged to participate in the bidding as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers. Bid Bond: For bids of $35,000 or less, no bid guarantee is required. Bids greater than $35,000 shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife in an amount equal to at least five-percent of the bid as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the bidder will execute the Contract and give separate bond as required, see Section 00702.06.
