Prairie Mountain Health (PMH) is requesting proposals for General Contracting Services to complete the sub-basement asbestos remediation at the Brandon Regional Health Centre located in Brandon, Manitoba. Provide a detailed description of the work to be completed associated with the shut down. Information to be included such as; which contractors and sub-contractors are involved, what time will they arrive onsite Is a coordination meeting before work starts taking place and what time Are Owners staff involved What time will work start, how long will it last What happens if shutdown work lasts longer or what alternate plans are in place if shut down does not go as scheduled. Each Bid Submission must include security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 Warranty. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.
