Intent: The work under this Contract consists of reworking unpaved shoulders and sodding areas between the edge of pavement and the right of way line, including shoulders, front slopes, back slopes and ditches on various state-maintained roadways. Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required. It is only necessary to submit the Small Business Affidavit (SBA) form once per year.
