SCOPE OF WORK: The West Ramp Dual Taxi lanes Paving and Lighting Project consists of grading, drainage, paving, and electrical work items to provide the capability to taxi two aircraft simultaneously around the west perimeter of Concourse A. Work includes but is not limited to pavement demolition, grading, airfield Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavement, asphalt shoulder paving, pavement marking, drainage structures, reinforced concrete pipe installation, cure-in-place (CIPP) lining, airfield lighting, signage, and ductbanks. The City, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this Invitation to Bid, business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age or disability in consideration for an award. DBE (23%) Substantial Completion of the Work within 455 calendar days + Final Completion of the Work, including all required final submittals, not later than 33 calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion.
