The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor (to include a "climber" when necessary), equipment, fuel, traffic control (per the most recent version of the Virginia Work Area Protection Manual) and any other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements of the performance specifications stated within. The work shall consist of tree removal (per the requirements in this Invitation For Bid) and removal and disposal of all generated debris. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: One year from date of award with option for two (2) successive one (1) year renewals. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be addressed to Mrs. Kimberly Palmer at Kimberly.Palmer@VDOT.Virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters. Provide questions by March 19, 2024. The purchasing office reserves the right to conduct any test it may deem advisable and to make all evaluations. The Commonwealth also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest.
