A description of the Project is as follows: Scope of Work: The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to providing milling, resurfacing, restriping and improvements to three locations within the City of Sunrise. Location: Work is located at Fire Station 39, Fire Station 59 and Village Beach Club, per bid documents. Qualification Requirement: The Contractor shall have any of the following: BC Certificate of Competency General Engineered Construction, BC Certificate of Competency 3A Major Roads, BC Certificate of Competency 3B Minor Roads. The Contractor must have worked on 3 projects over the past 5 years on projects of similar size and scope. The City shall be the sole and final judge in determining if the Contractor meets the Qualification Requirement. Grant Requirements: This project is being funded by The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development Funding Agreement.
