Rehabilitate North Apron, Taxiway A2, Taxiway B, and Hangar Taxiway Baker City Municipal Airport, City of Baker City, Oregon FAA/AIP 3-41-0005-022-2024 Work associated with proposed improvements is generally described as follows: SCHEDULE A: Rehabilitate North Apron, Taxiway A2, Taxiway B, and Hangar Taxiway consists of AOA barricade placement, pavement marking removal, crack repair, pavement cleaning, seal coat application, pavement marking application, and site cleanup. A Bid Guaranty, payable in cash, by cashiers check, certified check or bid bond, of 5 percent of the BID AMOUNT is required. Separate Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT AMOUNT will be required. Each bidder must supply all the information required by the Bid Documents and Specifications. Pursuant to ORS 279C.365, no bid for a construction contract shall be received or considered by the City of Baker City unless the bidder is registered with the Construction Contractors Board or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board as specified in OAR 137-049-0230. This project is a public improvement subject to the prevailing wage requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act 2 CFR Part 200, Appendix II (D) and 29 CFR Part 5.
