This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. Offerors shall be certified in the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov at the time of proposal submission. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boston Healthcare System, consisting of VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury, and Brockton, MA has a requirement for three (3) Construction Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contracts. The maximum limit per contract is $7,000,000.00 per contract or a five-year period, whichever comes first. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $45M. The Solicitation and all information, notices, and amendments will be posted on: https://sam.gov/content/opportunities The five (5) year contract period will begin upon issuance of a Notice-to-Proceed (NTP). The minimum guaranteed order for each contract is one (1) task order valued at $2,000.00 with a guaranteed fee of $2,000.00 for the life of the contract. The maximum amount per task order is $500,000.00. RS Means shall be utilized for pricing of future task orders; offerors shall propose a coefficient that will be utilized for the life of the contract. The Government intends to award three (3) SATOC IDIQ contracts; one (1) for each of the three (3) Boston VAMCs. Offerors shall provide one (1) proposal for each facility that they would like to be considered.
