The contractor is to provide all required labor, tools, material and equipment for the construction of 1) installation of a new split-system DOAS unit to service the basement and crawlspace including the installation of new outside air duct and balancing of existing systems, 2) modifications to existing split-system AC4 including the installation of new outside air duct, installation of new return fans, and balancing the system, and 3) installation of a new split-system heat pump HP27.
