The SLRGOG through the Santee-Lynches Regional Development Corporation (SLRDC is inviting proposals to perform demolition of two existing (2) commercial structures, removal of debris, asphalt lot excavation and site restoration on one (1) parcel of land at the corner of Lyttleton Street and Rutledge Street (1005 Lyttleton Street) in the heart of downtown Camden, South Carolina, herein referred to as the "A&P Project". Demolition And Removal Of Two Existing Structures, Asphalt Lot Milling And Site Restoration: 1005 Lyttleton Street, Camden, SC 29020. Santee-Lynches reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with all qualified Vendors, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this proposal, if it is in the best interest of Santee Lynches or the Authority to do so. Question Deadline 03/13/2024 at 12:00 PM ET, Questions Must Be Directed in Writing to: Elevy@slcog.org Work should begin within 30 days of award and must be completed within 120 days (60 days for Building Demolition and Debris Removal and 60 days for Site Restoration).
