Scope of Work The Project is located along Chandler Road, between Coleman Road and Stoll Road, in Clinton County, and includes design and construction of the following major items of work: Chandler Rd - Coleman Rd to State Rd (ADT 4,800) Full depth pavement reconstruction Widening for center lanes & paved shoulders Sanitary sewer upgrades o Installation of higher capacity pump stations with piping to reroute and upsize existing 8"-15" gravity sewer. Storm sewer upgrades o Replace large diameter culvert crossing o Partial enclosure/relocation of Remy-Chandler Inter-County Drain Remove guardrail Traffic signal upgrades Extend, connect, upgrade non-motorized facilities Chandler Rd - State Rd to Stoll Rd (ADT 3,100) Pavement resurfacing o Full depth reconstruction & widen if budget allows Services Preliminary Engineering - Survey, ROW acquisition, Geotechnical, Permitting, Plans, Proposal, Bids Construction Engineering - Construction Admin, Inspection, Testing *Minium services based on conventional project delivery.
