As of March 28, 2024, award will be issued at April 25, 2024 council meeting Annual bid for the City Street Improvement Program. This year will include both overlay as well as reconstruction with cement treated base. All preparation. construction, paving, and other services: one (1) year and is expected to begin on or about May 1, 2024 with up to four (4) additional one (1) year renewals. The undersigned Bidder hereby agrees to begin work under the contract on or before the date to be specified in the written Notice to Proceed and to cully complete the project within one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days. The City of Marshall reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any or all formalities, and to award a contract to the bidder who provides goods and/or services at the best value for the municipality in accordance with section 252.043 of the Texas Local Government Code.
