CR Number: 2107299 The NYS Office of Mental Health's South Beach Psychiatric Center is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for HVAC and Ancillary Equipment at South Beach Psychiatric Center located at: 777 Seaview Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10305. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, March 21, by 3 PM ET per the instructions in the IFB.
