Lakehead District School Board (LDSB) requests quotations of Water Supplies for: Water Matrix supplies for waterless urinals; replacement supplies for UV Purifier Systems; and miscellaneous water filter & filter cartridges. The LDSB requires annual fixed pricing for supplies on an "as-needed basis". The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into an Agreement with LDSB for a one (1) year period starting on or around April 1, 2024, with the option to extend for one (1) additional one (1) year period, upon mutual agreement of both parties, at the discretion of LDSB.
