Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (the "Authority" or "RDU") invites proposals from experienced and qualified Contractors (may also be referred to as "Bidders," "Consultants," "Contractors," "Offerors," "Proposers," "Respondents," and/or "Vendors," throughout this RFP) to provide grease pumping and disposal services ("Services") to the Authority. The Authority is seeking a Contractor whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely and cost-effective services to the Authority. The Authority's intent is to award a three (3) year contract with two (2) one-year renewal options exercisable at the Authority's sole discretion to a single firm to provide the requested Services.
