Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Little Rock, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

To All Interested Engineers and Architects: This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Engineering services for the Gillham Water Line Replacement Project which will purchase and install 7,350 LF of new PVC, 15 gate valves with boxes, and 10 fire hydrant assemblies. The project will be funded under a grant award from the Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) administered by the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC). The proposal receiving the highest total points in the proposal evaluation process will be offered the contract. The City will notify all unsuccessful offerors of the contract award once contract negotiations have been completed. The contract awarded will be a lump sum contract. Engineering service contracts related to this project are subject to AEDC restrictions and approval. Instructions for Responding to the RFQ (Form 10-I) list evaluation criteria and instructions for responding to the RFQ. All responses not fully addressing each criterion will be considered non-responsive offers and will be eliminated from consideration as potential contractors. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Town of Gillham is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
