Site work for a mixed-use development in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference number: 1814136 The Sherbrooke Innovation Zone wishes to award a contract to a contractor to develop the exterior of the building located at 1950 Roy Street in Sherbrooke. The selected contractor will be fully responsible for the mandate entrusted to him, and will have to work closely with the general contractor, responsible for the site located at 1950 Roy Street. The contractor selected through this public tendering process will be required to perform all of the work set out in the plans and specifications presented in section 4 of the main document. In a non-exhaustive manner, the work expected of the selected contractor is: Underground infrastructure works and services; Development of the side parking lot (located to the east); Redevelopment of the rear parking lot (located to the south); Terrace and outdoor agora; Landscaping. The exterior work set out in the plans and specifications is located on the construction site currently under the direction of the general contractor Constructions Guy Sébas inc. Thus, it is important to note that the contractor selected through the tender process will be under the responsibility of Constructions Guy Sébas inc. The selected contractor must therefore ensure that he or she coordinates adequately with the general contractor currently in charge of the site located at 1950 Roy Street, Sherbrooke.
