Renovation of a municipal facility in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
he following scope of work applies to the seven buildings (1-7) marked on the attached site layout. 1. Remove all existng guters and downspouts and remove from property. 2. Install new aluminum seamless guters, downspouts, and all necessary accessories for a complete installaton to include the following. • “OGEE type profile 6” x 4 ½” .032” min. gauge. (ACM or Equal) • Baked enamel finish. (Color is white) • 3” x 4” leaders .024 min. gauge with baked enamel finish. • Hidden screw type hangers. • Black metal mesh guter guards. • 3” x 4” downspout adapters. • ACM Tripolymer guter sealant (Or Equal). 3. Install 4-inch Pop-Up Emiter Drainage system at sixteen locatons according to the atached example picture. (a) Dig one-foot-deep trench approximately fiteen feet away from the building. (b) Pitch trench away from building. (c) Dig a hole two feet in diameter and one foot deep from the trench botom and install drainage gravel at the end of the trench. (d) Install PVC elbow and pipe for downspout to underground flex pipe connecton. (e) Install Pop-Up drain system according to manufacturer’s instructons. (f) Fill in trench, replace sod, and water. All questions for this solicitation must be received in writing before 3 PM March 15, 2024.
