Construction Manager will use standard Purchase Order ( PO ) for all Suppliers. Copies of these documents are available in electronic or a hard copy upon request. We may also require performance and payment bonds for Subcontractors using Consensus Docs 706 and 707 by an acceptable surety company or require other forms of surety. All safety regulations, including, federal (OSHA), state, and local, Construction Manager policy, and Subcontract or Purchase Order shall be required of all personnel on the Project including Subcontractors, Suppliers, and second tier Subcontractors and Suppliers.
