The Place du Portage III facility was built in the 1970's and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Provide indoor air quality testing for LEED v4.1 certification for both particulate matter and VOC points towards LEED Gold certification. Including the creation of a comprehensive site-specific LEED air testing plan. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. The first three towers sequenced for testing represent approximately 461,000 ft2 of the ±1,560,000 ft2 complex The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Provide indoor air quality testing for LEED v4.1 certification for both particulate matter and VOC points towards LEED Gold certification. Including the creation of a comprehensive sitespecific LEED air testing plan. The work will begin upon contract award and will be executed within the Construction Manager's overall construction schedule. The scheduled duration for this work will be confirmed in the second stage of tendering. The work pertaining to this RFQ is anticipated to start in Q1 of 2025 and be completed by Q4 of 2027.
