The second scope of work is to remove seating in specific sections to create a standing room only experience. It is the intent of UNT Athletics to have the project completed by July 15, 2024. As a respondent to this Request for Proposal (RFP), opinions regarding the physical installation of your product as well as any contribution toward the refinement of designs for the seating upgrade shall be considered valuable and welcomed. All vendors responding to this RFP are responsible for field verifying all measurements and understanding of existing site characteristics. Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) In accordance with Texas Government Code 2161, RFCSP for contracts with an expected value of $100,000 or more will require HUB Subcontracting Plan. All subcontracted work whether identified by the Owner or not, are required to be identified in the HUB Subcontracting Plan. The Plan should reflect all subcontracting opportunities to be utilized in this project and can be found online. . Complete, print, sign and submit the HUB Subcontracting Plan form with the proposal response. Only RFCSP responses with approved HUB Subcontracting Plans will be opened. Please submit the HUB Subcontracting Plan as a separate pdf document, separate from your RFCSP electronic response through the UNTS Jaggaer link provided above.
