The Capital Region Airport Commission issues this Request for Proposal for IT Infrastructure Modernization Consulting Services. The Commission hereby invites interested, qualified firms to submit Proposals to provide IT Infrastructure Modernization Consulting Services at Richmond International Airport. The services will be administered by the Commission's President and Chief Executive Officer and designated staff and will commence following the execution of a Contract with the selected Supplier. The initial term of a contract resulting from this RFP shall be for one (1) year. The contract may be renewed by the Commission, at its sole discretion, for a period of three (3) successive one-year periods under the terms and conditions of the original contract. Objectives: Improve system capacity, performance and reliability Enhance cybersecurity measures to meet current industry standards Ensure scalability to accommodate future growth in passenger volume and new technologies Minimize downtime and disruption to airport operations during the upgrade
