Contractor agrees to provide drinking water system testing, and drinking water system maintenance to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, testing equipment, materials, travel, and incidentals necessary to perform required drinking water testing and drinking water maintenance at two (2) Safety Roadside Rest Area (SRRA's) in Humboldt County. As required by Executive Order S-02-06, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is committed to meeting the State's twenty-five percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Question Deadline 03/08/2024 Bidders are encouraged to submit their written questions via e-mail to esmeralda.rojo@dot.ca.gov. Written responses to all questions will be collectively compiled and posted, as an Addendum, to electronically. Proposed Award Date (estimate) 3/28/2024 This Agreement will commence on April 15, 2024 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement shall expire on April 14, 2027 (estimate).
