PROJECT INFORMATION A. Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. B. Project Identification: Warrior Run Jr/Sr High School New Score Boards 1. Project Location: 4800 Susquehanna Trail, Turbotville, PA 17772. Project Description: Project consists of Electrical scope to support the Installation of (2) Scoreboards, one to be located in the Stadium area and one to be installed in the main gym. TIME OF COMPLETION AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES A. Successful bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. 1. Work in the main gym shall be substantially completed by April 30, 2024. 2. Work in the stadium area shall be substantially completed by May 31, 2024. 3. Full and final completion of all work shall be by June 28, 2024. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Question Deadline 03/12/2024 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall submit written requests to the Architect, which shall be received by the Architect no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. No oral questions from Bidders will be reviewed or accepted. Also, no questions will be received by the Owner. Any conflict, inconsistency, or discrepancy in the Bidding Documents shall be reported to the Architect at least seven (7) calendar days prior to submission of the Bid.
