The Mexico School District is accepting bids for replacement of fencing and gates at Davis H. Hart Career Center. All contractors are required to purchase Payment Bond and Performance Bond in the amount of the contract price. This includes approximately 122ft of stationary fence and 2 gates, which are currently 20ft. and 22ft. Work to be completed includes, removal of existing fence and gates, installation of new fencing and gates, installation of automatic gate openers on both gates. North section of fence to be replaced includes a concrete retaining wall that is approximately 27ft x 2ft. Gates will be fitted with automatic openers. Opening system should allow for drive-up operation as well as remote operation from the main office. Work to be performed: Removal of existing fence and gates. Construction of new stationary black iron fence (approximately 164ft total including 2 20ft gates). Installation of automatic gate opening system that can be operated by drive-up and remotely from the main office. Opening system to be sourced by the contractor. Replacement of concrete retaining wall at the NE corner of the building (approximately 27ft long and 2ft high)
