Structural upgrades to various Bridges and Culverts in the township of Springwater. The Township has 20 road bridges, 7 trail bridges, and 9 culverts. TIMELINE: The Civil Engineer has completed a condition assessment on the Township Road bridges and culverts to provide detailed visual structure inspections to determined structural condition and outline the timeframe and cost of needs for each structure in accordance with the requirements of the Ontario Structure Inspection Manual (OCSIM) and the Regulation 104/97 and the Highway Traffic Act and Bridges Act. The study has been forwarded to the owner for approval. Resulting construction projects will be identified pending capital funding approvals and will not result directly from this study. Coverage of this report is discontinued. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
