As of May 3, 2024 project was awarded to Land Ethics LLC, but awarded amount is not available. Adams County (County) is seeking responses from qualified firms for Construction Services for the expansion of the irrigation system, including switching the water source from potable to non-potable as described in the scope of work. The Adams County Animal Shelter is located at 12155 Park Boulevard, Brighton, Colorado 80601. TERM OF AGREEMENT: This is a one-year agreement. Question Deadline 03/18/2024 at 5:30 PM MT Questions are submitted online No PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Riverdale Animal Shelter Irrigation Expansion project will include expansion of the existing irrigation system, installation of a pump system and switching from a potable water source, (the existing water tank) to a non-potable water source (the Lower Clear Creek ditch). Please note, all construction inside the ditch right-of-way including the headgate/turnout structure will be constructed by Adams County. All areas disturbed by construction activities will be repaired, reseeded, resodded. Installation of the pump system will include but is not limited to the following, installation of the pump, pump components, commissioning the pump and an electrical service originating from the electrical room inside the animal shelter or search for a simpler method to provide electricity. For the irrigation system expansion, the contractor shall provide all labor, products, materials, associated materials (weather specified or not), equipment, transportation, and supervision required to expand the irrigation system including but not limited to: 1. Valves, mechanical and electric 2. Field and electrical wiring 3. Electrical work 4. Piping, mainline and lateral 5. Sprinkler heads, quick coupling valves, controller devices, drip irrigation 6. Re-Grade, re-sod, re-seed, repair areas disturbed by construction 7. Concrete replacement (if needed) 8. Asphalt Repair/Replacement (if needed) 9.Directional boring (if needed) 10. Coordination of electrical and other permits and inspections as required 11. Other items as necessary to complete the work per the contract documents
