The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids to obtain the services of a qualified security contractor to provide 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year monitoring services for fire alarm systems at various City locations. Each fire alarm control panel is required to be reprogrammed to communicate with the Monitoring Station system. The responsive bidder shall solely be responsible for the monitoring of fire alarm systems at the specified City locations listed. Repairs and maintenance of said alarm systems are excluded; however, the awarded Contractor shall perform a one-time programming of each fire alarm control panel to ensure it is sending and receiving signals. Additionally, a site visit will be held after the pre-bid conference at: St. Mary's Garage Address: 400 N. St Mary's Street and Travis Street San Antonio, TX 78205 Below are the measures that shall be followed by all Respondents to ensure the safety of all attendees during the site visit. a. Respondents interested in attending the site visit must RSVP by March 6, 2024 at 4:00 PM Central Time via email to Genaro De Leon, Procurement Specialist II, at Genaro.DeLeon@sanantonio.gov b. All attendees must check-in with City's procurement staff member present to sign-in.
