The primary purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the pavement structure on Highway 401, Eastbound and Westbound lanes, from Wymans Rd to Wilton Rd including various interchange ramps, shoulder strengthening, structures, two poor performing areas, and 700m test location of high strain asphalt interlayer.The service provider will provide an administration office and a full compliment of staff to provide Contract Administration and Inspection services. Project will be fully administered using the online Contract Management System (CMS). Administration services are anticipated to start in Spring 2024 and extend to the fall of 2025. All traffic staging operations for the roadway rehabilitation are to be completed utilizing single lane short duration off-peak closures. Therefore, administration services will be required for both daytime and overnight periods.
