Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ministers Island, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is located in the Town of Saint Andrews. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the building of approximately 1173 lineal metres of 3.0m wide multi-use active transportation trail. Culverts, imported gravels, asphalt paving and site restoration is all required for a finished trail. Questions shall be directed to: David Morgan, P. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Saint Andrews, in the amount of 10% of the tender price must also accompany each Tender. The Town of Saint Andrews reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
