Ecker Hollow Culvert over Ecker Hollow Creek. This job is for the Replacement of the Culvert and spillway on Ecker Hollow Rd over Ecker Hollow Creek. It will include, but not necessarily limited to the following: removal of existing 5 ft. diameter circular steel culvert, placement of a new 29.5 ft. long, 8 ft. span precast concrete box culvert, new precast concrete end sections, installation of steel sheeting, medium and heavy stone fill, approach work, and steel guiderail installation. Location: County Route 41 (Ecker Hollow Rd) over Ecker Hollow Creek (c41-3) in Scoharie County in the Town of Middleburg Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% In the event of a winter shutdown, the Contractor shall be allowed an additional 15 consecutive calendar days upon resumption of work in 2025 to complete punch list work, guide rail, seeding, and paving as required by the Engineer, respective of the dates and restrictions outlined above. Work shall be substantially completed within 75 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed or December 31, 2024, whichever comes first. * Please contact the Civil Engineer to secure the bidding documents *
