Notice to Proceed May 10, 2024 Start Date: Construction May 13, 2024 Substantial Completion Date August 09, 2024 Contract Completion (Closeout) November 08, 2024 Board Award of Contract April 16, 2024 Notice of Award April 19, 2024 Bid RFIs Due to District March 22, 2024 @ 2:00 pm Addendum, if issued March 26, 2024 @ 1:00 pm a certified check made payable to the District; or (4) a bidders bond executed by a California admitted surety as defined in Code of Civil Procedure made payable to the District in the form set forth in the Bid Documents. Such bidders security must be in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the proposed Contract if the same is awarded to such bidder, and will provide the required performance and payment Bonds, insurance certificates and any other required documents. Note: If your company has been prequalified by the District as either a General or Specialty Subcontractor, completion of the Statement of Experience is not required. In lieu of the Statement of Experience, please include with your bid submission a copy of the Prequalification Letter sent to you by the District.
