This payment item will be utilized when the area of repair is 25 square yards or less. EXAMINATION OF PREMISES a.The Contractor shall and will visit the site before submitting his proposal and shall acquaint himself with all the present conditions of same and shall include any and all items or work,materials, etc. which are evidently necessary for the work as shown and as specified even though such items may not be expressly shown or specified. b.The Contractor shall satisfy himself as to the existing conditions under which he will be obligated to operate in performing his part of the work, or that will in any manner affect the work under his contract. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this connection in behalf of the Contractor for any error or negligence on his part. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other Contract Documents will be made to any bidder orally.
