Scope of Services The City of Menlo Park is seeking qualified consultants for the following on-call service categories Arborist Architectural Civil Engineering Construction Management and Inspection Land Development Services Landscape Architectural Materials Testing (special inspection and general materials testing) Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design Surveying Traffic Data Collection Work shall be issued by the Public Works Director or designee to support the programming, design, and construction of projects in the Citys Public Works Department. The City will execute separate agreements by on-call category. Q&A Deadline 03/11/2024 5:00 PM (PST) Responses to questions issued March 15, 2024 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Project Type RFQual (Request for Qualification) Response Types Response File ,General Attachment ,General Attachment Type of Award Lump Sum Term of contract The City intends to execute three (3) year agreements with the most qualified consultant(s) with an option to extend for three (3) additional years. The agreements will be awarded at the discretion of the Menlo Park City Council.
