Preventive Maintenance for BMS & Ancillary Equipment. Anticipated Contract Start/End Dates: 12/01/2024 - 11/30/2029. The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and New York City Children's Center, Queens Campus (NYCCC-Queens) are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for BMS & Ancillary Equipment for NYCCC-Queens, located at 74-03 - Commonwealth Boulevard, Bellerose, NY 11426. Pursuant to the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation.
