Site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Pulaski, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a library; for the renovation of a library; and for site work for a library.
This proposed project will include improvements to the facility that is more than 20 years old. These improvements will address facility maintenance needs as well as provide equipment to increase staff efficiency and improve services to the community in three phases. Phase 1 will include updates to security building access, replace door locks and hardware, install automatic materials handler, replace the roof, and replace meeting room tables and chairs. Phase 2 will replace flooring and paint, the boiler and condenser unit. Phase 3 will update and replace the fire alarm system and repave the parking lot. As of March 18, 2025, this project is in the Brown County capital budget FY 2025 CIP. Further information regarding a design firm and timeline for information has not yet been established. As of February 25, 2025, this project is in the Brown County FY 2025 Budget. Further information regarding a design firm or timeline for construction has not yet been established. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
