Reconstruction of Congo Lane from Senate to Ecuador including demo of existing road, abandonment of existing utilities, installation of new water and storm facitlities, and construction of new road / sidewalks. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to the City of Jersey Village in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price from a surety company licensed by the State of Texas. The City of Jersey Village is subject to the Texas Public Information Act, a state law, which may require the City to make the information provided in response to this request for applications available to the public upon request. Therefore, responders are required to clearly mark any proprietary and/or confidential information. The City of Jersey Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by The City of Jersey Village for a period not to exceed 30/60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
