Scope of Services The Agency is seeking bids from licensed and bonded demolition contractors to demolish, remove to bare ground, and as directed by Agency staff, relocate and/or dispose of the materials associated with the Saddle Club Preservation Property existing improvements. Contractor shall remove rubbish and debris; prepare the site for revegetation; remove the chain link and barbed wire fences as directed by Agency; remove the Texas privet hedge along Live Oak Road; and replace the perimeter picket fencing with heavy duty grade vinyl fence. Overall, the Project includes, without limitation, the demolition and lawful disposal of various horse boarding and ancillary facilities and ornamental landscaping.
