Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of April 18, 2024, the project was awarded to Selland Construction Inc. but the awarded amount is not available.** Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. The major items of work include street reconstruction and widening, installing stormwater line and structures, new sidewalks and curb and gutter, and illumination on McKittrick Street between Pershing Street and Pine Street. Work will also include demolition, grading, water system relocations and upgrades, HMA paving, surfacing, pavement markings, ADA compliant sidewalks, traffic control, seeding, mulching, irrigation relocations, and utility adjustments. The Engineer's estimated range of probable cost is $1,800,000 to $2,200,000 excluding WSST. Time for completion of the work is limited to 85 working days. All work performed on the project will be subject to state prevailing wage rates. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5 percent of the amount of the bid proposal. Checks shall be made payable to The City of Wenatchee. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Wenatchee. The City of Wenatchee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding.
