Evidence of authority to submit the bid shall be required in accordance with R.S. 38:2212(B)(5) and/or R.S. 39:1594(C)(4) SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide the labor, materials, and incidentals to replace the motor, wiring, and 2 joints of 6" T&C, schedule 40 pipe at water well #7 on campus. The motor is inoperable, and some of the wiring is burnt. Therefore, the water well is currently out of operation. The contractor will include the cost of any heavy machinery or equipment needed to complete the project. The existing motor has already been removed. Scope of Work
o Provide and install submersible motor.
o Provide 570' of new cable.
o Provide and install 2 new joints of 6" T&C, schedule 40 pipe.
o Test pump for proper operation.
