Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Steuben, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Bidder agrees that at any time during the progress of work the Owner adds, alters, or omits portions of the work the Bidder shall so perform the contract work as modified and accepts compensation in accordance with the NYSDOT Standard Specifications. Replacement of Structure C1-53, Fuller Road over Tributary Steuben Creek A deposit in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required and is subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond for an amount not less than 100% of bid price and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in accordance with the specifications.
