Also including concrete for 6000sqft exterior basketball court, 6300sqft (4) pickleball courts, approx. 5100sqft for sidewalks. Metal roofs and wood framing for building entryways with gutters and downspouts. Epoxy for pickleball courts. Interior repairs and renovation would include electrical, plumbing, and flooring for a full-size gymnasium and adjacent bathrooms. Addition of HVAC to existing structure. Renovations of existing restrooms/showers (4 sinks, 6 toilets, 13 showers).
