As of September 17, 2024, this project has been completed. No additional information is expected. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Each contractor will be responsible to visit the site and obtaining accurate dimensions and measurements for proposing on this project. Any sketches / pictures are intended to show the scope of work only. No attempt has been made by this RFP to identify all the conditions that may affect the installation of the roofing materials such as parapet walls, HVAC & Plumbing penetrations, roof edge conditions or various situations requiring various types of flashings or any other conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the Roofing Contractor to field verify these conditions and factor these conditions into the cost of work. The Roofing Contractor is responsible to include the cost of modifying equipment and miscellaneous curbs, including HVAC and Electrical disconnection and reinstallation of equipment / items, to meet manufacturers requirements for a twenty-year warranty. No change order will be allowed for conditions that could have been identified during a site visit. Last day for questions 3/15/ 2024 @ 2:00 PM Request for Proposal Information: -Remove and dispose of existing gravel materials associated with BUR. -Furnish and install 60 mil TPO roofing materials. -Roofing system will be mechanically fastened. -Skylighs to remain. Install roofing materials to provide weather tight system. - Provided alternative pricing to remove and replace dmaaged insulation and sheathing on a SF basis. An addendum may be released for contractor to provide cost for removeing and replacing parapet cap materials. This will be determind at the pre-bid meeting. The scope of this project is as indicated on the attached sketches / pictures, exhibits etc. (Base Bid) includes removal of the existing built-up roofing material, including flashings and sheet metals; and using the existing insulation, provide a new 60 mil TPO roof system, complete with new or refurbished flashings for a twenty-year minimum warranty.
