All questions shall be submitted in writing or via e-mail to the attention of Hanane Eisentraut at heisentraut@hhoh.org If mailed, the address is as follows: City of Huber Heights ATTN: Hanane Eisentraut, RFP 24-003-ENG, 6131 Taylorsville Rd., Huber Heights, OH 45424. The City desires delivery of the material or services specified at the earliest possible time after the date of award. An unreasonable delivery proposal may be cause for disqualifying a bid. Each bidder shall state a definite time and avoid using terms such as "ASAP" or "approximately so many days". a. A bond in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid, or b. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) Performance bond upon award of the bid. The following is a list of provisions and requirements falling under the expected Scope of Work: Lining approximately 5935 lineal feet of 8” and 969 lineal feet of 10” sanitary sewer including cutting in and brush the sanitary laterals at various locations in the City.
